Shaïna case: return to the ordeal of the teenager burned alive!

The trial of four young people, suspected of having raped Shaïna, 13 years old in 2017, opens today behind closed doors, at the criminal court of Senlis in the Oise. In October 2019, the teenager, then pregnant, was murdered, stabbed and then burned alive, as told by this investigation of the "World" . A look back at this affair which moved France and raised the question of the place of women in housing estates.  

According to the elements of the investigation, on August 31, 2017, Shaïna would have found her boyfriend in a disused clinic in the Hauts de Créteil, in the Oise, accompanied by one of her friends. He would then have asked the latter to stay outside and would have dragged Shaïna by force into the cellar, says "Le Parisien" . He would then have blackmailed her with photos of her naked. Four or five of her boyfriend's friends allegedly humiliated the young girl, demanded that she undress before raping her with a lip stick. The video of the attack was posted on the social network Snapchat, according to elements of the investigation. Shaïna is abused there and treated as a “female dog” and a “whore”, reports “Le Parisien”. The same eveningthe teenager went to the police station to lodge a complaint.
